1. Refer a friend
Introduce a friend, family member, or colleague who may need mortgage or lending advice. This can be done via our referral form or by letting us know directly.
2. We take care of the rest
We’ll connect with your referral, understand their needs, and guide them through the lending process. Just as we would with any client.
3. You receive your referral reward
If your referral proceeds with Chess Lending and their loan settles, the referral becomes eligible for a reward. We’ll be in touch to arrange your referral reward.
A referral is deemed successful when:
- The referred client proceeds with Chess Lending, and
- A loan application is formally submitted to a lender by Chess Lending, and
- All eligibility criteria for the referral program are met.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
To be eligible for the referral reward:
- The referred loan must meet a minimum loan value of $[XYZ]
- The referral must be new to Chess Lending
- The referral must proceed to a formal loan submission with a lender
- The loan must be submitted by Chess Lending (not previously lodged elsewhere)
Chess Lending retains the final discretion to determine whether a referral qualifies as successful under this program.
